All RUMC students have access to information services support and to the onsite book stacks. The library reading room is accessible 24/7 and is assigned as a quiet learning environment. The information service desk operates from 9 am to 5 pm. Food and drinks are not allowed in the area except bottled water.

If you need help with literature search, project guidance, tutorials on using databases, academic writing and other learning support services; contact the librarian and schedule an appointment.
Service Desk staff support:
Loan and return of books, loan of course reserve items, searching online library catalogue, printing and photocopying.
Welcome to the RUMC Library student guide
The RUMC Library holds focused resources to support the medical curriculum. The libguide brings together key resources and support materials for information and literature searching.
Students have access to the onsite print collection and access to RUMC, RCSI and UCD online resources. All students have access to RUMC resources while access to RCSI or UCD online libraries is permitted for students registered in the respective universities.
